Still having issues with servers and not being able to start a city where the person who started the region had Digital deluxe vs regular vanilla game. My advice is unless you are fully dedicated to the Simcity line of games, you should save your money.

Simcity is another example of a fine game ruined by EA, in terms of the double city pack it is far from balanced, basically reinforcing a pay to play mentality.... along with in game advertising.

It amazes me that EA has the nerve to release day one DLC on a game that is broken. If they wanted these designs in the game from day one they should have included them in the full game. I guess EA didn't learn their lesson from being named the worst company of the year. They will continue their crusade for day one DLC.
