I am so thrilled that she has put her wealth of knowledge about starting the AIP diet into a book that is practical, easy to read and packed with fabulous links and resources that will help even the most brain fogged of us start and maintain a healing diet.
No one understands better than the person with the issue and I love Eileen's warm and practical information. She tells it like it is and gives lots of encouragement and support.

I love how Eileen breaks everything down for you so that following this diet is not too hard or overwhelming. All the areas of beginning the AIP that used to overwhelm me and cause me to stand in the kitchen and cry were touched on in this book including tips on eating out, navigating the holidays and traveling. Everything you need to be know to be successful on the AIP diet can be found in this book. I cannot recommend it enough.
