Simple Mills products are known for their healthy ingrediants but oftentime healthy products are not as tasty as others. Their baking mix is delicous and requires just a few ingrediants to actually make the bread. The mix can be made into loafs or cupcake tins for muffin like bread. It just takes minutes to assemble the ingrediants and bakes up quickly. Of all of the places to purchase the mix Amazon is by far the least expensive if you buy the 3 box item.

I recently went gluten free and wanted to start baking at home knowing what ingredients are going into the food I eat. This is an incredibly easy and versatile flour. I have baked bread with it a couple of times and it’s been great.

The only drawback is that if you use the recipe for bread on the box, the taste can be a little too eggy- maybe something to do with the proportions.

I purchased this product after using the pancake mix. When baked like regular loaf of bread, the outside is a little hard crust very moist on the inside. Next time I purchase this product, I will put it into a smaller loaf pan to get taller bread. If you use the larger loaf pan, it's less than 1.5 inches tall. Very good texture and flavor. I would recommend this product for being plant based... much better than gluten free types (using rice flours).

Do not order this product if you value your sanity. It says 6 but only 1 box came. Then upon calling Amazon they fixed it and it happened again. When I inquired they said themselves.. I guess don't trust this product it will just keep happening.
