Wife and I purchased iPhone for her yesterday afternoon, instant problems. It took us
over an hour to figure out why ringer didn't work and when that was fixed, volume was
too low. (Faulty mute switch..obscure facial recognition setting) Today, Messenger
didn't work even after update. Wife is at Apple store now, will possibly unwind the
whole transaction and go back to iPhone 5S.
The transaction itself at Apple Store/Town Square Las Vegas, was THE most upsetting transaction I've ever experienced. It took over an hour, standing the whole time on a hard floor with dozens of people nearby talking at the same time; I could hardly hear myself think. Employee, sans name badge, time-shared between us and one to two others..sent us home with a marginally-functioning phone. WE ARE FURIOUS !!!!!!!!
