I read over the features and nitty gritty info about this phone over and over again to see if it was the one I wanted but apparently I skipped the one line in the product description that says it's freaking locked to T-Mobile. Super awesome. I'm returning it. The return process was pulling teeth. Amazon forces you to contact someone through customer service to reset the phone even though the phone was unopened. I'm never buying stuff like this from Amazon again

My grandson purchased the iphone 11 pro max 10 days ago from best buy and from day one nothing but problems
Wanted to change carriers and phone wouldnt allow that, called regular carrier, called Apple, called best buy....etc. etc.
He spent several hours on this trying to get it to function.......no one said it was a locked phone, even Apple
Every one says to call the other...
So needless to say after much frustration, even by me when I called, we just exchanged it for a note 10
