SIMPLY SALINE
Superior product. I have had allergies all my life and finally there is something "clean" and safe that moisturizes my sinus cavity and the back of my throat. It also propels out allergens and toxins (eg: fragrances, and "bad" smells day to day) due to being in a can (not a squirt bottle - which seems to always leak and get product on my face, etc) This is precise and gets far enough up to do some good. Finally the inside my nose and sinus are normal. I use it regularly (non habit forming). Outstanding product. Look for the "giant size" 4.25 oz = best buy.

My ENT specialist recommended this brand specifically. I have a deviated septum and allergies so I have plenty of sinus issues most of the time. I have used this to reduce allergy symptoms by keeping the nasal cavity clean / clear of small particles. This can help reduce inflammation and make breathing easier. For head colds you can use it to quickly clear the congestion in your sinuses. I have used Sudafed and similar decongestants, but there is no comparison in effectiveness. Simply Saline is a very direct approach to getting over your head cold fast.

My ENT recommended Simply Saline because it comes in a sealed container. The pure saline mist is positively clean every time you spray it. The mist has a little pressure to push it but not so much to be unpleasant. Because it is in a pressurized can, they do not have to add preservatives which my ENT said can cause problems on their own. I have been using the same can for months and it is as fresh as the first day. There is no way one of the cheap saline plastic bottles would be this fresh this long. I did well to keep those things useable for a week or two after opening them.

If you need to do combat with your sinus problems, Simply Saline is the tool to use.

I have a head cold right now so I decided to try something new, having heard of the advantages of "jala neti" practiced in India.

I must say this is the best thing I've every tried for a head cold.

You start with a stuffy head and spray this misty saline into your nasal cavity, tilting your head so it goes in one nostril and runs out the other. You do that for a few seconds on each side, then blow your nose and your head is instantly clear. It's awesome.

It clears my sinuses out so fast I can hear them hissing as they decompress.

It's kind of traumatic the first couple of times you do it but once you get used to it, it's very refreshing. This works much better than any decongestant pill. It works much better than a neti pot and because it's a fine mist it doesn't cause post nasal drip. In fact, the extra ingredients in this formula of Simply Saline treat post nasal drip.

I have had breathing issue my entire life starting with anxiety attacks (Because I couldn't breathe out of my nose) when I was young. Later discovered I had a deviated septum and a minor bent nose.

I started my nose spray addiction because quite frankly, it worked for me. I could breathe again. Well, I came to the realization I was addicted to this, so I went to a ear, nose, throat specialist and decided to have something done about my deviated septum.

Turns out the septosplasty didn't do all that much for me. Could be partly my fault. I had stints in my nose after the surgery that were suppose to be in for three days after the surgery. As soon as I came home from the surgery, I sneezed and one of them came out.

Anyway, I came back from the surgery having breathing problems again and back to my favorite costco version of Afrin. Wanting to exercise my will against this addiction, I decided to go cold turkey and go for it. Well, as of writing this it has been 1 week off of nose spray which I can not tell you how long its been since I didn't use nose spray. This "Simply Saline" has helped me because whenever I started feeling my nose was getting swelled, I would spray it in. I am carrying this around me and using it quite a bit, but hey, it is better then staying addicted to Afrin right?

Wish me luck, and this product has helped me, without it, I would probably be up a creek.

Can not live without this product; use it most every night to unstop my sinuses so I can sleep. It is expensive but a convenient and a natural product that I feel is safe to use as much as I need it. So far, I haven't had a cold since using it also. I have electric heat and during the winter months I use this and a humidifier because of the dryness of the air. Using these products was recommended by my doctor after I had a blood vessel burst in my nose because of the dry air

As far as saline sprays go, Simply saline is a great product. Convenient spraying system with no preservatives. It does open up the nasal passages some so makes breathing at night a little easier for me, but definitely hasn't been a "cure all".... which I didn't expect... So i am pleased with what help it is able to give.

My doctor recommended saline spray because I use Oxygen and it can be very drying to your nasal passages and sinus. Leading to a lot of congestion and nosebleeds also.

I wanted to find a saline spray that didn't have a bunch of additives or preservatives just purified water and salt as was suggested to me. Simply saline fit that need being that it is made by Arm and Hammer a brand I trust for cleaning and baking helped me choose this brand.

Although some reviews made me wonder. Thankfully my product arrived without any problems of being opened , outdated, and didn't leak in shipping. I am sorry those reviewers had those experiences. As this product works very well.

The nozzle is a lot different from the squirt bottles I have used in the past. This delivers a fine mist (pushing part way down) that doesn't run out or back down your throat. A stream can be achieved by pushing all the way down to use like a netty pot.

I will definitely purchase this product again!
