I grew up in the 60's, amazed by Elvis Presley, mesmerized by the Beatles, but now and then hearing a song on the radio by Sinatra -- "It Was a Very Good Year", "Strangers in the Night", "Somethin' Stupid", "Somewhere in Your Heart", "That's Life" and on and on to "My Way" -- and I thought, wow, that guy can sing! Little did I know of the classic concept albums of the 50's, the riot-inducing popularity of the 40's. I now listen to his works and my jaw drops to the floor. That guy was incomparable!
Kind regards, Sabrina Hernandez.
