"Pure erotic poetry. Sean will melt your heart before setting it on fire. And Zenny is the kind of heroine I longed for in romance as a young WOC. Thank you for doing her justice and letting me be seen. -- Nana Malone USA Today Bestselling author
"It is a powerful erotic inspirational romance that twists and turns and evolves on the page from one simple thing to something beautifully complex. A beautifully elevated meditation on faith, on love, on sexual desire, on family, on responsibility, on sacrifice. It's stunning, and a perfect example of what romance writers can make this genre do." -- New York Times bestselling author Sarah MacLean

Sierra is a delver, diving deep into the abyss of her subject matter and bringing us unparalleled treasures. Her writing style is so subsuming, the entire story just absorbs you like you BELONG there, in the pages. she makes you forget the world, the moment your eyes travel on the words on the first page, you are transported and then firmly transplanted, IN THE BOOK !
No other words to describe how it feels like to read her books except pilgrimage. A spiritual awakening of your senses, till you see the characters right beside you, feel with them, smell them, touch them, love them. It's transcendental and holy.
She explores two of the worlds oldest mysteries, Spirituality and sexuality. They have been studied in detail since the dawn of time, and still hold mystery. While spirituality is more or less about religion and beliefs, and revered openly, sexuality still is whispered and shamed and owning it puts you in a box.
But Zenobia Iverson or Zenny is very clear in her vocation she has chosen for herself. And before she crosses the threshold, she wants one month exploring her body. So who does she approach with an offer he can't refuse- Sean Bell !
"They have words for men like me— playboy. Womanizer. Skirt chaser.
I’m a sinner with a dimpled smile and perfect hair, and I know how to make sin feel like heaven."
The month is full of sexual and spiritual revelations which astound both Zenny-bug and Sean The Make Me Doubt Man
The sex is beyond hot, it's soul scorching, will set your body on fire, melting your inhibitions and draining your BoB's batteries multiple times. Which is to be expected of course from a Sierra simone book. She very unapologetically explores sex as a prayer. It's verbiage,it's echoes, it's sounds, it's feels, it's moans, it's sighs, it's uplifting crescendo, it's peaceful stupor, it's soul enveloping euphoria. It's Orgasm of the Alphabets !!
I'm still starving for more of Zenny's curiosity, thirsty for more of Sean's kisses and want to be voyeur a bit longer to their intense passion and forbidden love.
I can't sing enough praises for the book, it's more than a book actually, a sermon, a revelation a communion- one sided apparently, because her pen talks and our eyes listen !
The ONE most important thing that I walked away with, from this book is -self acceptance. Being comfortable in my own desires.
"It means recognizing that there’s nothing any less holy about your body than there is about your soul, that as long as your body is treated with consent and respect and affection— and that you treat the bodies of others in the same way— there’s nothing inherently sinful about your flesh. About its desires or lack of desires."
I fell in love with Tyler Bell in Priest, his soul charging love for Red Lipped Poppy.
This brother, Sean, is a step further in his fervour and vehemence in his love for off limits Zenny, because “She’s young, she’s Elijah’s sister, and she wants to be a professional non-sex-haver.”
But his life is already invaded, he has no option but to surrender and negotiate peace. He just didn't count for falling for the invader!!
“I want to build a tower around you, and then build a castle around that tower, and then dig a moat around that castle, and then I want to guard you like a dragon. Burn anyone who tries to hurt you into ash and then scorch those ashes a second time.”
Ahhhhhhhhh to be at the receiving end of this enveloping, obsessive love
I envied Zenny, as much as I loved her naivetè and innocence, I was so jealous of her . The cutest, perkiest, pert pixie of a girl, who stole Sean right from under our noses
So buy this book on release day , open the pages and just forget the world!
Hail Sean! Hail Zenny! Hail Elijah! Hail Sierra! Hail Tyler, Aiden,Ryan, Dad, Mom
Praise the Lord
Let's all be SINNERS!!!
I tried really hard to read this story slowly. To savour her amazing words, because they deserve that. Between books I can forget for a moment how her stories capture me. Her writing is so beautiful I often reread paragraphs with a dopey/squirmy smile on my face. Nobody writes erotica quite like Sierra Simone. This book was no exception. I loved everything about it
Sean Bell has got to be up there with my favourite dirty talkers of all time. I can't begin to tell you how HOT he got me. Gah! Attack your husband kind of hot. Forget new panties, you'll need a shower!
Sean and his Zenny Bug captured my heart and I was sad when their story ended. Perfect blend of heat, heart and humour. Definitely recommend.
Until......he meets his match...in a very unlikely person and place. She will open his mind and his heart to the beauty of life, of love and yes...of God. I personally lost my religion a long time ago. While not completely religious, I still believe in a higher power. Sierra Simone crafts a story so rich in history and religious ideology from a wholly different perspective than that of Priest and somehow, has me chomping at the bit to read some of her recommended reading on the subject. You tend to forget how beautiful religion CAN be when all you can see around you are those that push their own religious agenda while raining judgement down on you.
My heart broke a few different times although I'll not tell why because this is definitely one of those stories that you have to read, live, breathe and feel all on your own. And can I get a huge Amen on the steam that Sierra is well known for. Not an ounce of that was forsaken for our beautiful education.

Sean Bell is the charismatic, playboy older brother of Priest’s Father Tyler Bell. He’s stinking rich, has any woman he wants, and knows he looks good. He works hard and plays hard.
Zenobia (Zenny) Iverson is the younger sister of Seans best friend. She’s intelligent, beautiful, young, and on the cusp of becoming a nun.
When they meet again, for Sean, who only remembers Zenny as a cute, pigtailed child, something stirs in him that he’s never felt before. For Zenny, he’s a means to and end.
The story is captivating from the get go. You’re constantly waiting for the other shoe to drop, for heart break but whose heart will get broken.
There are other stories threaded through Sean & Zenny’s tale. One that brings a chapter to a close and another that needs further exploration but ultimately this book stands alone.
Another success for Sierra 4.5⭐️
Sean Bell is an amazingly complex character and not the shallow lothario I thought he would be. His troubles and dilemmas are weighty, from grieving a long dead sister to nursing his sick mother, all while making millions being a corporate shark.
Then Zenny comes along, with her fervent belief in God. Wanting to experience everything life has to offer before giving her life to Him, she embarks on a sexual journey with Sean.
The way their relationship blossomed was exquisitely written. Their discussions about faith, love, relationships and all manner of topics were so well crafted, it was as though I was there listening to them.
The sex between them was scorching hot, as you would expect from Sierra Simone, but this book is more than that, so much more. It made me laugh, ugly cry, challenged my intellectual thinking and even made me examine my non-belief in all things holy (I didn't change my mind, but I did think about it).
I can find nothing to fault about this book. It's another smash hit and deserves every star I could throw at it.
