Day 1: Vacuumed (lots of fleas in canister live and well) and sprayed in a sweeping motion as directed.
Day 4: Vacummed (no visible fleas in canister so they're probably all dead)
So the immediate killing effect seems to be working well. Only time will tell about the residual killing effect/IGR. I recommend letting it sit for a day or so before vacuuming again, just because it's so friggin expensive and I didn't want to risk having to spray again because it didn't have time to soak into the carpet properly
1 can will cover about 1000 sqft of rooms WITH FURNITURE ... the 2000 on the can is just for floor space, they aren't calculating you spraying down your couch and etc.
UPDATE 6/17/18: I have fleas again. Doing another round.
This is what you need to get rid of fleas. I'm not sure if this product alone solved my flea problem or if it was the combination of things I was doing but nonetheless it's been a week since using this product and my problem is gone. This is what I did: I vacuumed at least once a day (do a THOROUGH vacuuming, get all the nooks and crannies), kept out dish soap and water flea trap all day (Google "dish soap for fleas"), and applied this spray in the morning before work (I did two applications about a week apart). Also, if you're allergic to flea bites take an allergy pill daily to stop your body's reaction to the bites (I take OTC Loratadine from Walgreens). This will stop the itching. I also threw my bedding in the dryer every day.
