I thought I could use it with an existing subscription, but you have to pay more to have internet streaming which is what this app uses. You will get a free month once you get it all set up, but this isn't explained at all prior to downloading the app. Very disappointing.

I saw a lot of comments about "the app being free but there is a charge for listening to music". Sirius/XM is a subscription based music service delivered through satellite. It's not free even in it's basic form. There is an additional charge to listen on your phone or PC and that kind of sucks but it keeps the shareholders happy. The app is free, the subscription isn't. I just took for granted that people new that since Sirius/XM (once competitors) have been around for more than a decade. Otherwise, Sirius has outstanding content, pretty much any type of music, sports, or talk radio you like.

I am only reviewing to say this has been the most difficult process with both connections and I think it is my Sirius account that is causing the frustration. Hope to get it connected and better updated review soon.

Worst app on the market. For something you pay monthly for you'd think the app would work. Hate this app.

Worst App. Even more deplorable customer service. It does not work. I can't even log in. I spent 97 minutes on the phone Sunday trying to get it to work and they said nobody in Tech is in on Sundays to fix it. They blamed android and Iphone so I tried it on my kindle fire HD and the exact same problem happened. It keeps telling me I have bad login credentials but I can log in to the regular site the same way. And, it's Wednesday now and still not fixed.

Sirius regular subscription not the same as the app version. App version limited in the selection offered. My fav channel not available for listening on my fone. Also the service lacks compared to Pandora or Sirius.

We tried for 4 hours to download Sirius to my phone. We could not understand the representatives that were oblivious from another country. They messed up our User Name and we couldn't change our PW. Finally someone transferred me to the tech dept and we still couldn't get in and gave up! We love Sirius in our car, but if we have to deal with customer service it is a pain. We had the same trouble when we traded in our car with a couple of months left on the subscription. Mess! I never leave a bad review, but this is crazy. You cant have people from other countries explain ANYTHING technical but they don't have the correct vocabulary.

I heard ads for this app and finally decided to try it. I am so glad I did! It's much easier to use the app than to constantly move my radio from my car to my house, I should have done it sooner. I also can listen on my computer at work and it makes the day go much faster. After the progressive talk station in my area shut down, I had nothing to listen to until now. Thanks Sirius!
