Very suspenseful thriller with a dark storyline written with enough detail to show the gritty side of the mystery without being overdone.
"Her lips felt lusciously soft beneath his. Oh yes, there's chemistry here..."
"You're good for me, Ryan. My whole week just went from official hell to pretty okay in less than five minutes."
"I forgot how the sight of him makes me tingle all over, makes me ache to be touched."
"I don't want to live alone."
This was an original story line, creatively written to have taken place back in the 1980's in the era of beta and VHS and when technology was big and clunky. The Author did a great job describing the feel of university student life and the dangers that surrounded young people at that time.
This story was gifted by the author for an honest review.
This one kept me on my toes. Sometimes starting as friends can be good for a relationship and sometimes it makes you take your partner for granted. Watching these two figure out their feelings, with a little help from a very blunt friend, made the relationship challenges touching and the mystery even more intense.
Don't miss this one. A recommend from me.
