I bought a new phone 2 1/2 weeks after receiving this watch, and when I tried to pair it with my new phone I discovered that the app no longer existed. I tried pairing it with the Fossil connected app since the Skagen app was developed by them, but then my watch would no longer enter pairing mode. I press and hold the middle button for well over 2 seconds and nothing happens. After speaking with Fossil support they said their tech team is looking into the app issue and will email me to know when it is resolved. Eventually after troubleshooting they said they will send me a replacement battery, even thought I purchased the watch through here and not their store or site. Will wait and see if any of my issues will be resolved. 3 stars because everything was going great until I bought a new phone, but now 2 unrelated issues appeared, and who knows if the app necessary for the watch to work will ever return.

Eventually they fixed what was going on with the app and now it's up and running. The free replacement battery that I was sent (maybe they felt generous, don't know why free) fixed my issue. The watch would enter pairing mode the moment I installed it. Works perfectly ever since. 5 stars
