It's very lightweight and slim. Just what I was looking for. The clasp is tricky. I bent the little bar before I had read the direction that said "be careful not to bend the bar." A great looking watch. Ideal for use during outdoor activities.

The pictures don't do it justice. The blue face against metal is really quite beautiful in good lighting. The band is easily adjustable, secure when fastened, and doesn't catch arm hair like other metal bands. The slim profile and light weight make it unobtrusive, which was the main selling point for me. It's just a great design all around.

However, after a few months the band's metal weaving started to snap around the outside edges of either side of the face, right where the band starts to bend. This may have been a result of the angle required to fit around a slimmer wrist, but regardless the sharp metal filaments tore the lining of my coat. I didn't get a replacement but would likely give Skagen another chance, maybe with a different band.
