Directions

Drink every morning after waking up or before a workout. Pour 8 ounces of hot water over tea and leave to steep for 3-5 minutes before drinking. I just finished my first bag of tea and all I can say is it works! I have not had this much energy in years.

The other day I was running late for a meeting and had forgotten something upstairs, I ran up the stairs to go get it and when I got to the top, I stopped, I looked back and thought, YOU JUST RAN UP THE STAIRS! I was shocked, I hadn't done that in years due to knee and back pain.

About a year and a half ago I made a decision to not lose weight but to get healthy so I started making life changes. I stopped drinking soda and stopped eating after 7. After seeing some results I added in 1-2 days of light exercise. I have seen some great results over time (still working on the meat though). But Rome wasn't built in a day and I didn't get this way over night so I won't correct it overnight,

But the most amazing results I have seen so far are since I started the Detox tea! Along with the amazing energy, my stomach has been shrinking and I feel lighter. That's the best way to describe it.

I just got on the autopay for 3 bags so that I can share with my daughters and because the tea works so well. I just received the Super Youth, Very excited to see how that works.

I plan on updating you guys as time goes on.

No matter what, the ingredients in this tea are natural and all have wonderful benefits. That being said, there is no such thing as a miracle weight loss product. I have been drinking this tea, and the benefits are that I have successfully for the 1st time in my (37 years) life, given up coffee with creamer and replaced it with this tea. Since then I have made a conscious effort to also eliminate a lot of sugars from my diet, but truth be told I love sweet things. So while I haven't lost any weight in the short few weeks (less than one bag of tea in a month), I do feel better and my digestive tract appears to be working much better.

I will continue to drink this tea and keep sugars (found in fat free French Vanilla coffee creamer among other things) to weekends and brunch. I would recommend this product to anyone trying to work toward a healthier mindset. P.S. I have not gained one single ounce since I started drinking this tea, and I am hopeful that the scale will start rolling backwards soon enough.

Used this for the recommended 30 days, but did not lose any weight. The entire time I used this I felt awake, not jittery or on a high. I am usually yawning at certain times during the day. I noticed after using this for a few days that stopped. The only problem is when you run out the effects wear off. This product is to expensive to continue to purchase just to feel awake and not have any of the other benefits it says it does.

I found this a bit over priced and was very hesitant. I went back and forth. I got mine in the mail and decided, what the heck, I love tea. I started making the cold brew version with the bottle they sell and honestly, I love it. In fact, I need it now daily. Its refreshing, delicious and it helps my bloating. I noticed immediately.
I love the idea I saw of adding fruit, I add this with frozen fruit as ice and use water in it for the rest of the day. I tried it hot, but I prefer it cold.
I work out about 4 days a week, I diet and do not have kids to worry about pricing. I think it's worth it, but also wish it was significantly less money...
Does it wake you up? For me, not really. I still have a cup of coffee in the AM with Laird Superfood creamer and this in the afternoon as my treat. I think this product works as long as you watching dairy (causes inflammation) and whatever else can make you bloat. :)
