The Skinnytaste Meal Planner: Track and Plan Your Meals, Week-by-Week
I have two close friends that are doing this with me. If it costs $10 and I can avoid the $40 a month for weight watchers meetings it is worth the money to me.
Well I am back on the eating healthy train and with that comes meal planning.
I saw that she had this on her website. So I took a look at it here on Amazon and thought looked like it would work for me.
This planner is amazing! I got it today and I already have my first weeks meal prep in it. With my goals I want to work on this week.
I will add my calorie tracker info with each meal too. You can tell she really took time to think whats important for this planner. Its not too big.
It opens up easy and flat. There is enough space for writing. It has some great tips and even some recipes.
I love it! This will be a great tool for me to keep on track with eating healthy meals and losing weight.
I would suggest this to anyone.. and if your on the fence look the pages in the preview. It really shows you the inside of the book so you have an idea of what your getting.
