The product is great. Also the company was quick to contact me when I had a delay in the delivery. Found out it had nothing to do with them. Amazon shipped the product through UPS and UPS damaged the package. What they did was repackage the toy that had a little damage on the original packaging that the toy is in. But the toy itself looks ok. UPS sent me a notification that my package would be delayed and that worried me. But they finally delivered it yesterday. Also the company offered to send me a extra product because of the delay even though it wasn’t their fault. I didn’t accept since it wasn’t their fault. I Would or from them again though!!!!!

This was the only way I could find Hex and she will be my first undead element, so im excited to see the undead areas. Having Dino Rang and Zap will also help me get closer to completing the water and earth element collection. I was also able to pick this up for 19.99 because of my Amazon Prime instead of 40$+ from Amazon. I haven't received my package yet, but it will be here shortly as I track my package with excitement and anticipation

I'm not very happy with the item. I thought I was buying a new item and it clearly wasnt new. There was no box for the item and there were suppose to be stickers that came with it and the stickers were not there. Just the empty sticker holders. I'm not returning the item but I'm not very happy about the stickers.

A great game and product, but parents do need to be aware that by investing in it for their kids that, like everyone with so many things, they are going to want more, more, and more...I see these characters as the new 'baseball or football' card where kids are going to want to collect more and more characters to add to their 'team' to play the game. At least for the most part they can pick the characters and they're reasonably priced. I think it is a fun take on gaming for kids and has been fun. It is just a matter of not letting it get out of control...
