WORST Customer Support

WORST customer support! The Funny Bone character in this pack stopped working within about 10 minutes for me. I signed up with Activision to create a support issue to report this. I received a case number and was instructed to wait for an email with instructions on sending the character back in order to receive a new one. After about a week or more I called them as I hadn't heard anything and got stuck in a phone loop (press this, press that, disconnected, etc.). I finally reached a young man who told me that he would send me an email with things to do to try to fix the character. I asked why I had to call to hear this. He said that my case had not been assigned to anyone yet but now that he had it he would handle it. A week later still no word and when I logged in to check my case status it is mysteriously "closed." I tried to do a chat with customer support and got "your chat request has been canceled because no agents are available." Their hours are 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. so they are not closed (it is 3:30 in California). Maybe there is only one person working there?!

I love that the characters get tired and have to rest, works as an automatic time limit. He has 4 characters, each has a different power to use against the evil forces.
