Slay Belles begins with a split-second false-start that makes no sense whatsoever and reveals absolutely nothing about what you are about to watch. And then it hops back in time to fill in the potholes. The plot is severely limited, three women break into a defunct Christmas theme park and meet Santa and Krampus. They scream, they swear, they run around. There’s nudity and apparently no one understands what adjectives are for, they simply apply the F word to everything. The characters are all unpleasant. The camerawork is frantic, rarely staying still for a moment. Endless selfies. And the villainess is your standard wild eyed cackling loony. Clichés abound. I watched it to the bitter end because curiosity got the better of me. It’s so bad it’s bad…bottom of the barrel bad. Bad without a good excuse. Bad.
I don't even know what to write about it...I've watched better short movies "made for YouTube". The characters weren't engaging or cleaver...not even fun to watch. Nothing did I gain from watching this whole movie. Nor did the characters gain anything. Just bad. Thanks Hannah...you should've stuck to YouTube. I'm now dumber from watching this.

This is basically Krampus with a twist. Versus all the other Krampus/Xmas movie styles, the only 1 better, is the most recent one from 2018. Younger kids shouldn't probably watch because of the scantily dressed ladies, T and A shots and the scene where Krampus' is in the salute stage for a few seconds. These are not major actors/actresses in it but, you'll recognize a few well known faces. It was entertaining to me but, I can appreciate these B+ genre movies. If you like the Toxic Avenger, Class of Nukem High etc you'll like this one even more.
I've seen better and I've seen worse, then one is pretty much middle of the road fodder. I can't say it has rewatch value or that I'd recommend it to anyone but it kept me entertained. Great for killing boredom.

Decided to watch this to see how bad it was (after reading some reviews). It did not disappoint. I felt bad for Barry Bostwick being in this film. Did he run out of Rocky Horror money finally?
The plot is paper thin and not much is explained. I think the creator was just drinking with his friends one night and they started throwing out ideas for a crazy Christmas horror film that he cobbled together into this mess. Or perhaps as they filmed each scene, he was writing the next one from behind the camera.
It's just bad. It might be useful for a film student learning how not to make a movie.
I have a feeling that the more I watch this movie, the better it gets. Maybe I’ll make it an annual Christmas tradition. Slay Belles is a fun Xmas horror comedy flick! Krampus is amazing and Barry Bostwick has created another cult classic character! Unfortunately, it is neither appropriate enough to show a more diverse age group, nor is it more inappropriate that I could compare it to a Roger Corman film. Definitely worth a watch though!
