Also, the book goes into great details regarding remedies for most common sleep disorders and offers very good advice and information on some less commonly known disorders. This is a very good read and I highly recommend it!!
I love the ideas in this book and it does go quite deep in to the issues of why it happens and how to reverse it. This book even goes in to the topic of hypnotherapy. This is a very complete guide on how to sleep better.
