This pillow is just ok. It does not let you sleep cooler as is stated. It is a bit too soft for side sleepers because your head sinks into it and is too near your mouth. It would be fine for back sleepers. It is no better than all of the other pillows I have purchased. Still looking for the perfect pillow..

Not good for side sleeping

As a side sleeper with my arm under the pillow it felt as if I was sleeping directly on my arm with no pillow cushioning even with all the inserts used. It was uncomfortable and did not allow me to sleep well. I returned it.

Great quality, didn’t work for me

The pillow came in a great box, with clear instructions and vacuum packed. It comes in three pieces - the outer pillow with two sided zipper and two inserts - one small and one medium. I followed the instructions of putting it in the dryer for 10 minutes and then letting the pillows sit out for 24 hours.

I had super high hopes on the pillow working but it just wasn’t for me. Half way through the night my head would be almost flat on the mattresses with mounds of stuffing on either side of my head. I would wake up several times and have to adjust the pillow. I tried with both inserts, with just the medium insert and even with the small insert separate from the medium/surround in a regular pillow case. I woke up with shoulder and neck pains. I used the pillow for almost a month, hoping it just took some getting used to but my neck and shoulder pain just got worse.

I have to say the quality of the pillows is top notch. The fabric is super soft. The two sided zipper (zips on the long and short side in one continuous zipper) is very well done - nothing rough that sticks out.

I so wanted this pillow to work but it just didn’t for me.

Now I’m trying to return it with the 100 night guarantee but I don’t know if I will be able to because I ordered through Amazon. When I called sleepgram, they couldn’t help and had to escalate to upper management - they are supposed to contact me back. I’ll update when/if that happens.

Update: can’t return it to Sleepgram as they don’t support products that aren’t bought from them. When I purchased the pillow, I thought I was buying it from Sleepgram via Amazon, but that’s not the case. And because it’s outside of the Amazon return window, I can’t return it to them. So if you do buy this pillow make sure to return it to Amazon and within their return time.

This pillow is HOT! So if you’re hot natured, you’ll hate it. I’m not very impressed with the stuffing product. It gets lumpy! Overall, the concept is great, but none of the options worked for me. I am dissapointed because I’ve been looking for a new pillow and this one wasn’t it. With all that being said, I am certain there would be folks who would just love it. It isn’t for me, and my hubby didn’t like it either. Looks like someone else in the family will get it. LOL!

I've been trying to replace my husband's old, gross, favorite pillow for years but he's never happy and goes right back to the gross one. He has slept 2 nights on this one now - which is a record for a new pillow, and he says I can throw his old one away. This pillow came in a clean, well-sealed, tight plastic bag that was sealed within a fitted cardboard box that was also clean and fresh - this box was inside a larger box for just for shipping - none had any sign of moisture, odors, stains, mold or debris. The pillow puffed up within minutes after opening and felt soft and crisp. It makes a little noise from the fabric and filling but I never noticed it after inspection. The two "inserts" are like mini pillows that can be stuffed inside the bigger pillow to give it degrees of firmness. What I thought was good for me was too firm for my husband so I changed out one of the inserts and he thought it was perfect. I will get one of these for myself for sure.

Way too soft even with all inserts in. It feels like a quality down pillow. Then after a few moments your head is almost even with the bed and very hot. Not a summer pillow and because of lack of reasonable support, not a winter pillow either. Now it's just one of the others in the closet...

I liked nothing about this pillow. By the time it comes out of the dryer it's hard to get one pillow in the zippered case let alone two. The zippered case sounds like when you lay on a rubber sheet. Very uncomfortable temperature wise. Will be returning.

The only good thing about sleepgram pillows is it’s (humble, but not so humble) marketing. The pillow has fundamental problem with its design. If you imagine the microfibre or any material that constitute to the build of a pillow, the layers should not be slipping/drifting. This pillow, to that matter of fact, any pillow with microfibre, doesn’t maintain the concurrent motion between layers. This caused neck stiffness.

Canadian, be careful with this purchase. Mine got shipped from New Jersey. There are no free returns. I paid $31.25 to return.

For those looking for a softer pillow and hassle free returns, Buying at Costco is must better option.

Amazon turned out to be true disappointment in this case.
