I've had to use this product twice. Once because my tire was punctured by a screw in a snow day and the tire went flat so I used the slime to quickly get the car running. The only problem was that I couldn't get the dealership to patch the tire because the hole has been sealed so well by the slime (they couldn't find the hole). I'm guessing the slime is a permanent solution to small holes because the tire has been fine for half a year now.
The second time I used it was on my 2nd car which was leaking air very slowly somewhere. It would drop in air pressure just slightly every few weeks so I used the slime as a prevention method to keep the air from leaking.
It worked perfectly for both occasions. As people have said, the slime product in theory adds weight to your tires which can unbalance things but not really by much. If you can get the tire properly patched, it's probably better to do that. But those other times when you need the car running quickly, this product is very excellent for that.
