The recipes were very easy to follow and the desserts were amazingly delicious and, happily, very healthy. I have trouble with gluten so this was particularly helpful for my dietary restrictions. Since I am trying to lose weight, it is nice to know that I could enjoy a dessert without feeling guilty about the number of calories. Highly recommend!

I'm a dessert junkie and always looking for delicious but healthy recipes to feed my sweet tooth. Nina's book fits the bill, with clearly written recipes and very useful information. She focuses on individual servings, which is a real plus for those of us who don't want the temptation of a whole pitcher or platter of goodies. Highly recommended.
