Please DON'T start off at 6 pills a day! Start with one the first day, two the next, three on the third, and so on. You have to build up your tolerance to the caffeine in the pills. I started out and took 6 pills the first day. I was anxious, had increased heart rate and sweating, increased bathroom visits, my appetite went away for two days, and I was wide AWAKE for two days. I lost 6 pounds over night, more than likely from all the sweating and restroom visits. By the third day, I had reduced to only three pills and it was still too strong. It had completely eliminated my appetite, but at the same time I had NO energy and a lingering head ache because I hadn't eaten anything in almost three days. So, I couldn't work out. I had to reduce my intake to a level that would allow me to eat my needed calories and have energy, so I could do regular things. So, please. Start with one pill a day and boost yourself up to the 6 pill a day limit. Don't start out with 6 pills a day.

Let me try to make a review as accurate as possible. I am a 39 yo male, 6'3 who had just gotten over 300lbs. I don't look that big because of my bone structure but the scales don't lie so I needed to act. I was very concerned about the possible side effects after reading some of the other the reviews but decided to go along regardless.
I started on a Monday with 1 pill in morning (with breakfast and a tall glass of water as recommended). and 1 pill in the early afternoon with lunch and water. I had one set of loose stools and a somewhat vague sensation of dizziness the first day. Nothing too pronounced though, it was barely noticeable and I went about my daily activities with no issues. It is not clear that these symptoms were attributable to taking Slimquick.
I went on to take 2 pills per meal the next day and have been on the 2 pill regimen since. I no longer ave any noticeable side effects. I never took the 3 pills recommended. Why? Because the results are already showing. I lost 7 lbs the first week and the weight loss continues. I have now lost 12lbs with no end in sight. It looks that I can easily drop a pound per day by eating reasonably well and without starving myself.
I MUST disclose that I do combine this with daily exercise. I enjoy riding mountain bikes so I do that for 30 to 45min daily. Find a regimen that works for you and that you enjoy or you just won't stick to it.

HUNGER SENSATION: What Slimquick does NOT do for me is curb my appetite. I feel as hungry as ever and there is no difference there. I wish it did but it just doesn't.

URINATING: I also noticed that I now get up once in the middle of the night to urinate which I usually didn't need to do. This can linked to my increased water intake with every pill but I am not sure.

Definitely gives you the jitters. Makes you use the bathroom more often than you usually would but the crash at the end of the day is horrific. I didn't see a difference after two bottles and I work out 5 days a week

I started taking this as directed. I did for about 3 days and the affects were causing dizziness, nausea and discomfort. I stopped taking it and threw the remainder away. I ordered two bottles and have another full, unopened bttle left. It's going to be tossed also. Be very careful when taking this. Was actually kind of a scary situation for me.

Pretty good product, I don't take it every day so I don't expect a big improvement. I would agree DO NOT start with the recommended dosage the first day. It gave me an upset stomach that day as well as any time I take it on an empty stomach. Taking 2 pills at a time works better for me.

got the item as promised. it's sometimes hard to find in the stores and usually the stores only sell the ladies formula. so yay. i find it does work pretty well for being an appetite suppressant but it will mess up your sleep schedule at first so play around with the dosage as the label says to.

The recommended dose is too much for me so I take two pills in the morning with a very light breakfast (some fruit and coffee) and it gives me energy but does not seem to suppress my appetite at all and by 11am I am crashing big time, so I take one more pill. 3 a day seems to be enough for me, I don't think I could handle more than that. It does sort of make you feel a little sick, so be careful with the dosage. I was truly hoping for something that would suppress my appetite, as I work in an office all day long and it's very tempting to snack on oreos and pretzels and whatever else all day long. I tried snacking on carrots and celery but that makes me want to fling myself out of the window!!! I have noticed some weight loss (I only want to lose a few pounds around the middle) but that may be due to me quitting soda at the same time I started taking the pills. Overall I would say I'm underwhelmed by this product because I'm not so sure it's actually doing anything beneficial for me. If it would suppress my appetite, I'd love it. But so far I'm still unable to shop shoving snacks in my mouth... :/
