I never understood and never liked poetry and when someone read out poetry, it used to go up and above my head. Not surprised to think I was "poetically challenged".

The very first few pages of the book " slip through the keyhole" gave me a pleasant surprise. I was surprised to see that I understood what the author meant to say and also found myself enjoying reading it. Was also surprised to see the way the author conveyed the deepest message through utterly simple words.

I Could not resist and wait until I read the entire book. I pat myself for not only completing The first poetry book in my life but also understanding and enjoying it.

The poems are a reflection of the author Adria Estribou's personality that is enlightenment that is as light as a flower mixed with humor.

The poems appeared very simple but beneath the simplicity laid the enlightenment of the author.
Recommend this book for all those who have and who are yet to " slip through the keyhole"

This book is magical. I sunk into my couch and drifted off into a beautiful place. Some of my favorite lines: "Many colors of emotion have come to visit ~rage, adoration, happiness, fear~ I can't hold on to any of them." or "Love is showing you itself in full splendor ~ You are the reflecting pool."

This book is not only beautiful in its content, but also in its layout. The pages feature a butterfly flying throughout the book. Turn the pages quickly and watch it go. This is an absolutely beautiful book!

Let me start with the poetry: it completely captivated me. Each poem deserved a pause after I read it, because I wanted to sit there and digest its meaning. I think the poems could take on different meanings depending on your mood and how you interpret them in the moment. They are wonderfully short, yet deeply layered at the same time. This is a book that I can imagine reading and re-reading.

The second thing I absolutely have to mention is the beautiful styling of the paperback interior. If you are a fan of flip books (like me), you will be delighted to find an incredible little animation waiting for you inside. I laughed out loud and just loved this throwback to my youth. I was obsessed with flip books and this made the book really special.

I highly enjoyed Slip Through The Keyhole and recommend it to lovers of poetry and/or meditation.

This is a book that pauses one to reflect! Absolutely brilliant read!!

I was fortunate enough to get the Kindle edition emailed to me by the Author. I downloaded the book onto my Kindle just as I was getting onto a long flight and that was the best thing I did! I read and re-read the book on the entire flight and each time, I paused. Reflected. And each time, I got more out of it!

The poems are ever fresh! The interpretation changes each time I read them. Subtle clues take on profound meaning; and it all changes the next time one reads them! Each interpretation is in-the-moment.

I highly recommend Slip through the Keyhole to anyone willing to pause and reflect! Anyone who loves poetry or anyone who has meditated, this is your book to read!

I LOOOVE this book! It's gorgeous. It evokes a direct experience of meditation that linear language cannot capture. In the vein of Sufi Mystics yet with a unique feel all its own- ancient, contemporary, eternal.... I like to read poems in the yoga classss I teach that are evocative for students - profound yet that they can relate to in their own hearts and lives, and this book is perfect!
