I did enjoy getting to read more about Keely and Jack. I adore their chemistry and getting to read about their wedding reception was fun. Especially the part about AJ and Cord. There was a pang towards the end that I knew was going to be resolved. I had faith that it would and I wasn’t let down. I guess that at the end of it, I felt that there was supposed to be more. However, this will not stop me from reading more from this Lorelei James. I enjoy her work too much.
As always, be kinder than necessary, for everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle
Peace & Blessings
I loved the interaction between the newlyweds as well as the glimpses we get of the rest of the McKay family. Although this is a short story, I believe it really contributes to the development of Jack and Keely's relationship. Don't pass it up!
Jack wanted the most romantic night, not bothering to think that his cowgirl might just not be able to wait. Now, she is in a fighting mood and what can he do to sweep the woman of his dreams off her feet?
Slow Ride is a fun follow-up to the fast paced love story of Keely McKay and Jack Donohue. We get the fun and adventures of the McKay girl finally having her wedding day and lots can be expected to happen. Though the one thing that Keely thought would happen seems to be the one thing that she can't make work. If you like the Rough Riders Series than you will want to pick up this free read and laugh your way through Keely's wedding day. If you are new to the series I suggest starting at the beginning but Slow Ride is a nice quick dip into the dynamic world of the McKay's.
For Joyfully Reviewed
Buy this book. Then buy the rest of the Rough Riders series. They are full of dirty, dirty sex and lots of it. Plenty of rough, sexy cowboys who know what they are doing even as they fall in love.
I love this series. Love it.

It's free, so I can understand why most people would choose to read this first if they've never read Lorelei James before. But I've come to love these books and I would encourage other readers to take a leap of faith and buy 'All Jacked Up' as well as this (think of it as 1.67 per book.)
I read this, then went bought 'All Jacked Up' as soon as I'd finished it. When you've been with the characters throughout all the ups and downs of their relationship its much easier to understand Jack and Keeley's behaviour in this book, you can really see how much they love each other.
Take that leap of faith and you'll have a much more rewarding reading experience.
They both have incredibly sweet moments in this book which I really enjoyed.
