The economy and the country and the work force need to hear this message. High GPA's amd IQ's only tell some of the story. Liberal Arts Undergraduate Degrees are so passe. Government elite need to get with the program and invest in technical and trade schooling.

This book is especially helpful to executives or those helping executives and those in a supervisory capacity. The six basic concepts in the book are explained using real life situations with real solutions. Any manager can use this book the first day after they read it. Very well done.

Interesting read! Only negative would be that the book offers a relatively high level view from a very experienced practioner's perspective and could use a bit more research data to support contentions.
