My only critique (and reason for 4 stars versus 5) is that this is designed to attach to a "T" support, which my pool does not have. I was able to remove a top panel and just put this over the side of the pool wall. This works okay, but the light floats upward a bit since it is not as secure as it would be if I had a "T" to attach this to. I will look for some type of adhesive or something to weigh this down to keep it close to the pool wall, but this doesn't detract from how happy I am with the light this puts off.
we had a another one that the bulb replacement was $65 and only last 5-6 times...LOVE it,the price, and the way it installed....
First background on my situation. We bought our home in the winter as a spec home (about 30% built) when the snow melted I realized I bought a rock quarry. You might be thinking "oh I guess you have lots of rock." WRONG... i have LOTS AND LOTS AND LOTS of rock. At the time I was thinking "how I am going to get rid off all this stuff?" Ended up working with a guy from Florida and I was showing him pictures. He said "do you have any idea how much that stuff is worth!!!" So started a 8 year journey of using the rock and making lots of retaining walls, 35 foot waterfall into koi pond, paths..... I have become addicted to the rock and become sort of a wannabe stone mason. (my skills vary day to day and I just dry stack - it is tetris with hydraulics (BX-24 - LOVE IT - with bro-tek attachments) Anyway, I do my own landscaping and I put a LOT of effort into it and I am now doing the trail and error thing with landscape lighting. It was going to be BIG bucks to blast and cut (the rock) for a in-ground pool and since our season it about 4 weeks long (come on global warming) we went above ground and put a deck 3/4 around it (poor man's version of an infinity pool - HEY it works and it a "$" load cheaper.) Anyway - point of all of this is I am picky about what goes into my vast efforts and when I plugged in this light... I went "wow and it is a keeper".
First - I freaking LOVE it. It casts and even light all the way around the pool.Read more ›

Love the light! Only problem is that it did not fit my pool frame - but was able to rig to work. It seems to only fit pools with round framing. Read morePublished 13 months ago by Haven Devine
I like it. The kids that come over in the summer love to turn it on for a night swim. I need to buy one more for my 21" round pool.Published 18 months ago by J.P.
