Update: One day after the return window closed one of the boards started leaking from around the outside edge of the valve. I will be contacted the seller for a return or exchange.
Purchased one board through the website and then two through Amazon bc we loved the inflatable so much. The first board didn’t have the track the washer slides into to attach the fin, so the screw wasn’t long enough to attach. We had to rig something up in the track to lift the washer higher to get it to screw on, and thus can’t remove it each time we need to store/transport it. The other two boards had the track and the fin fits on easily.
We ordered two of the same color through Amazon but received one of the correct color and one a different color. Decided it wasn’t worth the hassle to return for the correct one.
When looking at the seams, can see marker lines from when it was put together but otherwise seem to be quality materials. We love the convenience of the inflatable pump. It takes less than 10 min. to fill. It does get hard to pump at the end and two people makes it go faster/easier. The pressure gauge won’t read until you’ve pumped for awhile. Just keep going and it will start to register PSIs.
Ours came with black waterproof bags but can’t see how they would close to make them waterproof. We just roll them over a couple of times and latch the clips onto the board.
I contacted the company directly regarding the fin issue with the first board we bought directly through the website and spoke with someone who said they’d not heard of the issue before. He was going to send a longer screw and a new pump, as it wasn’t registering PSIs and seems to be broken but I never got an email back or received the parts. The other two pumps work great. Will call again to see if we can get that board replaced.
