Good quality foam, it's not smooth foam as in Depron, it's a high quality EPS foam. The pictures are a little deceiving but this is the EPS white bb's pressed into a blank, just a very good quality blank. Don't expect this to be the Pink or Blue smooth foam.
I give it 4 stars because, I can not believe someone would market this deceptively, because the quality of the foam is too high & the price is too good even for EPS foam. It's a mistake on my part. Shipping was great, good packaging.
