This book is great! There are many tips offered inside on how to lose weight while on a smoothie diet. The smoothie recipes listed inside are very well organized and easy to follow. My personal favorite from the book is the "Nutritional Key Lime Pie Smoothie." I can't wait to try more of these smoothie recipes, they all look delicious! There is even a seven day smoothie meal plan listed inside of this book. I highly recommend this book, it has helped me in many ways!

This book was a great read. It has a lot of info about what will help you burn fat and increase your energy. I am looking for a healthy way to lose weight and this book has helped me make the decision to include these smoothie recipes in my weight loss plan. A must read for those who want to bring about a healthy change to their routine.

If you like smoothies to taste, or to use as a meal replacement, then I suggest this book! All the smoothie recipes sound delicious and easy to make. I made the Super Blue Magic and it came out awesome! Also, I really appreciated the section where the author added tips for preparing these smoothies. Very satisfied.
