1 working mode out of 5 = 1 star and a returned item...

Got this controller hoping to use it with my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 to play some of the higher action and faster paced games that don't work as well with touch controls. I managed to get the base controller mode to work, though only a couple of games worked with it in some fashion resembling correct. Playing PewPew was awesome with the analog sticks, but that was the only one out of 8 games I tried with this controller and my experience with the others was enough to make me not bother testing all of the games I had. All of the other games I tried either only had partially working controls or wouldn't recognize the controller at all. The one emulator I tried would only work with the controller in game pad mode and it worked ok... after about 25 minutes of messing around with modes, bluetooth settings, and finally remapping all of the controls in the emulator after I finally got it to respond to the controller. Even then if I turned off the bluetooth or turned off the controller while the emulator app was running it would cause it to crash and I've never seen it do that before.
I COULD NOT get the keyboard and/or mouse modes to do ANYTHING. Those three modes were the main reason I even thought about buying this controller even after reading the reviews on Amazon, which had already made me pretty leery of buying this in the first place. I am happy that I bought this because now I know that it really isn't worth buying and doesn't work.
Needless to say, I AM RETURNING THIS!!!
Also, I doubt I will ever buy another product with this company's name on it ever again, ESPECIALLY after seeing their idea of an "FAQ" video and the support offered on their website.
Word of advice, if you're going to make a controller that you're going to market as "universal" and "flex-able" then you might want to do something like give the user some ability to control the functions of your device.
*cough*ability to assign keystrokes in keyboard mode*cough*
The absolute wrong way is to say, "this is how we made it work! It's up to the app makers to make it compatible."
