UPDATE: It cracked. Just like I knew it would! The bottom has zero flexibility. It needs to be more forgiving, pliable instead of rigid. Such a shame because I really liked it.I had to laugh that my new French cheese keeper arrived with a "Made in Italy" sticker. How does that work? The size however is perfect, but I'm still adjusting to putting the lid on "upside down" with the lettering facing inward. Sounds confusing but it's no biggie. I only docked it a star because I'm a little disappointed the dome is made from rigid plastic. I fear it might become brittle over time. I wish it had some give. But otherwise, I'm glad I bought this. It keeps reminding me I need to plan a trip to France/Italy.

Great to store cheese but the design is too ... cheesy

As a storage container, it is a great product. It is large enough to keep 3-4 pieces of cheese and still fits nicely in the fridge. Smell and cross-taste are not issues. My small complaint is that the design is much too cheesy for me, and the container doesn't look good enough for serving. The cow handle is childish, and the French word "Fromage" is ridiculous. I solved the problem by ordering a laser-cut walnut board that fits in the container. The wooden board makes it to the table; the container stays in the kitchen!
