I love this utensil. I have purchased a dozen, probably. I give them as gifts and carry one in my pocket every day.The thickness and roundness combine perfectly to make it comfortable to handle, and yet fine enough to slice curls of cheese off a block. The bowl is deep enough for soup, yet shallow enough to slice a bite off your steak. The rocker of the edge allows precise application to sever tough bits.The finish of the colored variations ages beautifully. I have never damaged one of these Snow Peak sporks. I will admit it can be bent if you sit on it awkwardly, but it eased back into its normal orientation with no damage.Silly point, but I like to put something in the handle to keep it from slipping out of my pocket. You may see a SmartWool Bungie in there. Also, the recessed logo fits a little nail-polish if you want to make sure yours is confused with someone else's.

What a great invention, the spork, a spoon and fork in one. I love snow peak products, i think they are so well made and designed to make life a bit more interesting. This titanium spork is not exception. I have another brand of spork and it is not quite as nice. The edges are rather too sharp and it is a bi too small and short to be used comfortably. The tines are too pointed and needle like as well. It also feels a bit too light and thin, and feels just cheap.

This snow peak spork is the exact opposite, it is a bit longer, the material is a bit thicker, has nice rounded edges and the tines are less needle like. And just being made of titanium makes it tasteless. Some metals can react to different foods and leave a taste, but titanium is ventral. It also is not very reactive to heat either, so if you happen to cooking with it, the heat doesn’t transfer up the handle as much.

Just an FYI, if you need more fork than spoon, snow peak also makes a foon, The foon has longer tines and a shallow spoon part, a bit interesting in shape, but I guess sometimes you need more fork.

It’s light and durable to carry with you. I got this one for travel since I wanted to minimize items I’m carrying but otherwise I would rather have just the toaks spoon. This one is great since it’s carry on compliant as a fork will most likely be confiscated from TSA. I got the blue model and the iodized coating dries where the color changes where you can see where the water dried off. It doesn’t effect the spoon but it’s something to note.
