I've known Fred, through social media, for a few years and have been continually amused by his outlook on life bacon, cigars, libations, choice of vehicles and daily struggles of not being choked out by his wife. So, when he announced the release of his new book, of course, I had to read it.
If you expected an autobiography, sorry aboutchya luck. What you will find, however, is a look into daily life through the eyes, and slightly twisted mind, of your everyday guy who's just trying to survive until dinnertime. Plain and simple, short and sweet and without any filler material to distract the reader. A job well done, Fred!
Now, if you'll pardon me, I'm off to the nearest IKEA. Should be there just in time for a nice brunch of complimentary meatballs.
Thanks for the laughs, Fred.
Buy this book, you will not regret it! It is definitely a mood lifter.
Well done Fred Rewey! Hope there is a sequel in the near future.
Finally, I know I am not alone. I can use those 5-10 minutes to read a couple of someone else's random but well thought out premises. Each chapter is a fun to read and to additionally ponder on. It's a quick snippet so you can get through a chapter or two and put it down, come back to it later. Could be used to fuel BS sessions with friends as well. And I think the world needs a little bit of that right now.
