I've known Jayne for a few years, and have been learning from her as a thought leader for many more. She does a great job of taking complex, challenging, and often overwhelming activities - like developing and sustaining a law blog or selling an aggressive social media strategy to a BigLaw firm - and breaking them down in into understandable, bite-sized pieces that have a reasonable chance of getting done.
And that's why lawyers should read this book: it cuts through the hype, and gives lawyers the real-world advice they need to make the most of their social media activities.
