I love this app! Back in the academy I was doing a couple hundred situps a day. 10 years later...not so much. I've tried to do them but the motivation just isn't there anymore. However, it seemed oddly motivational to have the app telling me exactly how many to do, how many times. I saw incredible results! It's perfect for anyone who remembers the day when some ugly guy named Sarge yelled at them to exercise.

My only criticism is the lack of directions. It's simple enough, but it took a little time to figure out. A simple tutorial would be helpful.

It helped me reduce tummy fat. The exercise becomes pretty aggressive after week 3/4 depending on your initial test but you always can re-test and adjust the schedule.

I find this app extremely helpful in keeping me motivated to do my sit-ups. After three kids, my and are pretty toast but I've really seen progress. Could I do the sit-ups without this app? Sure, but it's definitely helpful and, for me, worth the cost.
