This a very nifty little app for working a body-weight squat program with the goal of reaching 200 squats. I'm using it in conjunction with the 100-pushup app and the 200 situp app for a great M-W-F workout. I would like to see the devs create a meta-app of all three, so that when you're resting from pushups, you're doing your squats, and then rolling into your sit-ups for 5 combo sets.

200 squats keeps track of your progress and keeps you motivated. Only improvement would be if it were available as a combined app with 100 pushups and 200 situps, which are great apps I highly recommend.

for obvious reasons I would like to understand how to use this app.I can only guess that the creator assumes that a buyer like myself will be savvy at figuring out the beginning processes of the app but when I'm presented with a Key-board with numbers and a blank space,just exactly what am I supposed to enter there?! My Weight? How many squats I can presently do ? The number of Donuts it took me to get in this shape ?I guess the journey to discovery is up to me to investigate...my rating is due to my current struggle to learn the ropes but I hope to be able to raise it ....As I said ,I was hoping to raise my appreciation for this app but even with two weeks of use I am doing little more than guessing what numbers to enter into the blanks.If there is a "program,I have yet to see it...
