I had had this flag (not this seller) before and since it's not a well known flag, most in Law Enforcement know what it is, I was thoroughly pleased that this maker had high standards in the making of this flag. the piece that holds the metal rings is usually white, not with this seller, he continued the color black throughout the flag The material is a very nice smooth material that can handle the outdoors. I felt this flag was made by individuals who cared about what they were making. Nicely done.................
