I purchased the smallest size because my heels were very skinny. These definitely helped at first and were very snug on the heel; however, after less than an hour of use, they started to curve at the bottom so it was no longer a flat surface. They also began to slide up the heel when walking through the grass, which completely defeated the purpose. These work amazing on a flat surface to help stabilize the heel, but for grass they didn’t work for long.
