I’m not a vegetable glycerin connoisseur… So I don’t know what to look for in a good one. This is first time purchasing it but I wanted to make DIY poo pourri and this was an ingredient we needed. It worked great for that purpose.
My husband has since hijacked it l, after his almond oil ran out. He uses it daily as a body moisturizer. He says it feels different than any oil he’s used in the past. It’s thick but also rubs in and doesn’t leave him feeling oily. He likes it although he’s confused at the characteristics of this oil. We’ll probably keep buying it for him as a moisturizer since it’s cheaper than the almond oil we bought before and it is good at moisturizing.

I have an autoimmune condition (crohn’s) that also affects my skin. The skin on my feet was really awful (see before and after pictures). I had tried many things (prescription, over the counter meds, home remedies etc...). I had given up. I had bought this glycerin for my hair 2 years ago, when I recently decided to use it on my foot. I was pleasantly surprised! It cleared my foot in a couple of weeks from all the cracks and the itching that I was experiencing for years! I have now ordered more now! I am so grateful and thankful for this product!!

I purchased this glycerine for not strictly beauty-related purposes… My job has me thumbing through tons of paper documents and files on a daily basis, and I hate using those little pink gel moistening pucks… I picked up this little blue gadget (pictured) from a Japanese stationary shop.. it’s intended to be filled with water and used to moisten fingertips and seal envelopes. Instead, I filled it with this glycerin and the moistening properties last much longer on the fingers than the pink gel or water would (I don’t use it for envelopes, though). There is no discernible scent to this glycerine and this method keeps things hygienic… no licking fingers to separate papers… the CDC would be proud 😅 It helps my fingers and cuticles from getting dried out from all the paper I’m handling, which is an added bonus. The whole little setup cost me less than $15, and this little bottle of glycerine will last me for ages probably, because a little goes such a long way. Would highly recommend to anyone whose office relies heavily on paper filing. 🙌
