Chef and Sommelier Richard Boufford's restaurant and wine experience spans over 3 decades. Richard's worked for and with some of the finest restaurant operators and wine producers in numerous ventures around the globe. His many adventures to wine regions all over the world but most extensively in Europe and California has given him hands on experience in a wide variety of wine tasting formats and food and wine pairing. He's faithfully married to the love of his life, Diana, for over 30 years and together they've spanned the globe in search of many of the wonderful things this life continues to offer. They owned and operated a small Catalan restaurant, The Black Sheep Bistro in Tustin California, USA for 22 years. Now Rick has semi-retired to "living all his hobbies" gets to teach cooking and wine classes, and shares his love of nature as a speaker on one of his favorite subjects, ravens.
