The crossover was really good, the conditions of it allowed the writers to elimiminate any comic exclusive characters for sonic and to add in characters they haven't covered yet in megaman. Because of this you can walk in and read this crosssover as a stand alone crossover between the game characters and not need to know whats going on in their respective comics.
But let me say one thing about the crossover, the most fun part is not getting to see megaman and Sonic meet, no, the best part is the Union of Dr. Eggman and Dr. Wily. These two work so well off each other!
So wether your a fan of the comics or the games or if you just want to see two evil scientists team up, I highly recomend this.
There was an odd printing error with my copy where 15 of the pages repeated near the end, but as far I can tell no pages were lost in the process, I just have a repeat of pages of 257-272 placed inbetween the orignal page 272 and 273.
