COVERS THE BASES AND THEN SOME

I love to cook outdoors and am partial to the flavors of the southwest.
I was pleased, as I began glancing through the recipes presented, and was glad to see that this volume went on to include good side dish recipes, soups, salsas, drink accompaniments AND some savory dessert ideas.
It's not a thick volume because it focuses so successfully on the taste pallet of one my favorite food regions and does it in simple steps and clear ingredient lists.
Get your sauce mops out!
