Yes of course includes a lithium, has very good length.
I recommend buying the Sony original case, which is rubber
here is the link
and do not miss this great price, I bought nearly 300
The charging cable, one end is a USB plug, the other is special for certain model. It does says TYPE 3 on the plastic part of the plug. On the cable it says STYLE 20379. I hope this is helpful to find a replacement.
There should have been a charger that comes with it. One piece has a plug that folds out then a cable that also detaches and connects to the computer. Also check to make sure the battery isn't flipped around the wrong way, I did that when I first got mine.
Make sure that when you transfer them, you transfer them in JPG format (using camera wizard is the easiest way). Unfortunately if you are using the Sony software, it saves them in Sony's format and that makes everything harder, unless you are willing to use the Sony software. Also, when it comes to Videos, you will want to do the same and save them in a non-Sony format.
Dont Quote me 100% as i left the camera at home and dont have the box to look at off hand, but i believe it came with a 1year manufacturer warranty,
i have yet to have one single issue with it and from owning other sony products i think this will last way beyond the time i use it and end up upgrading to something newer, i usually pass these things down to kids or family after a couple/few years,
it been top notch for me and just used it last week in Hawaii
still love this camera
The pictures were good and clear in and out of the water. The big problem was that it stopped working. In all that I have read(other brands as well), the main reason the camera quits is that water leaks into the camera-even if you follow the directions very carefully like in my case. It does take nice, clear pictures-if you're lucky, you may get one that does not allow water to enter. Good luck!!!
