The product came in a box of equal size if you were to buy a new set of PSTV.

As for the console itself, it is in great condition considering its a refurbished set and there are a few marking of your normal wear and tear use. Other than that nothing really major in terms of the console presentation.
Upon turning it on, everything works as expected and detected my newly purchased 16GB Vita Card though I had to reset the whole system for it to prompt me the welcoming screen. The setup was a breeze as you would expect from a new set of PSTV.
Interestingly enough, the system came with v3.3X software installed. This might varies though.
On a side note: For those who are looking to buy a PSTV be advised that there are several incompatible titles that you can check over on reddit pstv thread. Make sure to know which titles you want to play and check if it is compatible to avoid frustation.
All in all, its a good product and worth the asking price.
