I use this with my sony nex-f3.
I like this for a few reasons.
First is that you can quickly adjusted it to hug your body and also you can quickly release it.
There is a clip to separate the strap.
Finally there is a cool pocket that will either hold a lens cap or memory cards.
The reasons I don't like it.
The main thing that bothers me is that the strap is clunky. What i mean by this is that the clip that releases the strap is metal surrounded by plastic. When I set the camera on a table it will make a loud thunk if it hits the table. I think they should have had it coated with rubber to prevent this. Also the rubber would make it easier to grasp.
The strap is also a bit heavy and will add some weight overall.
Despite these issues overall I think it is the best strap for my needs. I wanted a quick adjusting and quick releasing strap. This does exactly that.
I have been using this strap quite a bit now. One thing I realize is that I only tighten the strap when I know I wont be taking a lot of pictures. The reason is because it probably takes 5 seconds to release it and get ready to shoot. By that time the action shot might be gone.
Another thing I wish is that you can un-clip the strap from the camera. Sometimes I like to use one-handed shooting with the wrist strap. But because this strap is so heavy and clunky it makes it an awkward one-handed camera with huge strap.
Overall I would still buy it again because there really is no other good quick releasing strap that I have found. If you have found one please let me know!
To sum things up, this shoulder strap has exceeded my expectations and works well for how I use my camera.
A disappointment. Yeah, this thing is being returned immediately on Monday.
