This computer is absolutely beautiful, very well made ''and very well packed. The screen is large and looks great. What most impressed me is the technology they have used to the touchscreen. Sony has a technology of infrared light on the screen to make the touchscreen work with any object that just touches the screen. This screen is not resistive or capacitive. So you can put the tip of a pencil on it and it works perfectly. The processor is very fast, so the computer boots Windows in under 30 seconds.
The description of the item at the time of purchase is confusing because first says that the computer comes with a 1TB hard drive, but far below is a small section that says it comes with a 500GB hard drive. The disappointing reality is that it comes with a 500GB disk.
The operating system is Windows 7 Home Premium. Has some details of operation. For example, WinDVD 10 can not read a DVD, it takes between 5 and 10 minutes to start a DVD and sometimes the program crashes and closes itself. I had to install another DVD player to watch my movies. This bothers me because I pay $ 1200 to have a computer with original software and not working well!.
The integrated webcam is not as good as expected, knowing it is a "SONY".
As for the sound, the computer sounds good, but for me it has a poor amplifier. If you want more volume then you must use an external amplifier.
In conclusion, the computer is absolutely beautiful to look at. I'm not happy with the 500GB hard drive, because I was waiting for a 1TB, as indicated in the description from Amazon. I'm thinking of changing the operating system, but not sure if I can make available the touchscreen function with another Operating system like Windows XP. If you want to get an ALL-IN-ONE computer, and you have $ 1200 to spend, for me this is the best option, after reviewing the other brands like HP, ASUS, etc.
