Awesome tv. I only wish the apps configuration navigation in the menu was easier to access. Nevertheless the processor is good (fast), resolution very good, good audio. Highly recommend.

Screen uniformity and blacklight bleed are a problem. Considering returning, I had such high hopes for this TV :( Can't seem to get colors right everything is washed out. During dark scenes I can see parts of the backlight that are 'brighter'.

WOW! Incredible picture and at 65 inches still crystal clear pictures.

I have always been a fan of Sony products and their televisions have been amongst my favorite. I have owned many over the years and so when it came time to upgrade the family room TV, I had no question that it would be a Sony. With that being said, I am very sad to say that this has been the worst smart TV I have ever owned. It is extremely buggy, unbelievably slow to respond and consistently needs to be restarted. The restart is required because of the TV going into a complete freeze and becoming completely unresponsive. The only way to restart is to pull the plug and wait for it to reboot. Yes the picture is great and on paper the features look fantastic, but if you intend to use the TV for actually watching web based television, this TV will cause premature hairloss. I would steer clear of this model.

Color contrast is incredible. It upscales 1080 to 4K beautifully and makes my old 55" 1080 look coarse. It's not the brightest display, so avoid direct sunlight or bright reflections. The remote is worthless, unergonomic and a bit of a non-standard interface. They should have copied Xfinity.

This TV is awesome! Watching shows in 4k hdr is next level. Being able to access Netflix with one button is a nice feature.

Very nice 4K TV. Works well with my Yamaha home theater receiver and Infinity Speakers and Surround set up. Impressed with the picture and ability to adjust numerous video settings.

This TV is the worst. The apps never work and we constantly have to reset to factory settings and re-login to all our apps. It's a huge waste of time. Don't buy this TV.
