The boxes arrived on time. The color and size of the boxes looked as pictured. They came with stiff cardboard inserts which helped the bottom to be sturdy.
I bought this for my husband as a way to keep his toes nice and neat. The boxes worked great for that. The smaller box seemed to small at first but with some proper rolling, all fit nicely.
I will say that the stitching of one area slit came undone. I wasn't happy about it but I was able to shore it up myself. Since I waited a bit to open the package, it was to late to send it back for refund or return because it was a gift.
I will say that making the stitching better would greatly improve the quality of the product, although it wasn't a deal breaker for me.
I am happy with it and will keep it, however, I would not recommend it to a friend to buy. I'm not that hard to please.
