From the Author
After struggling for years to keep my house clean and organized while managing my growing business and caring for my family, I finally discovered the simple strategies of life-organization that developed into the SORTED method.
Through much trial and error, I refined the process until my life was running smoothly. I discovered, to my delight, that I could both get more done and, simultaneously, be less stressed.
Several years later, it's been my pleasure to be able to help dozens of clients create this same peace in their own lives. By applying the SORTED method, they are finally able to take control of their home, balance their schedule, and really start moving forward with their lives.
SORTED is all about creating simple routines that allow your life to run smoothly. In the book, you'll find specific strategies and detailed formulas for creating peace and order in your own life, so that you can find more time for the things you really want to be pursuing.

I am exhausted with the books written by some who fail to realize that most of the family chores, scheduling, and errands fall on overworked, uncompensated (except with tiny kisses) mom's who would LOVE to be able to reach grester levels of success without resenting or failing their families. Thank you, Gillian!!!
I randomly bought the book sorted and honestly it helped me a lot. I was able to answer a lot of questions that I was lost about. It helped me find way to sort my life and my work life . And Iam thankful that I was able to come across this amazing book. It's a book I will recommend for all mothers out there.
This book has already helped me in my life of procrastination! A very easy read, it has alot of tips for daily life and living for anybody! Don't all of us have clutter and organization issues in one or more areas? Having one child or having 14, it's about cleaning up after yourselves and teaching your children the same habits. Cutting out just the procrastination will give you time to do the things you love, or never get to!
You can get SORTED in your home! :-)
I found the tone inspiring, but it talked about the perfect life you would have after following these steps. I think that is too much to hope for.
For me, the schedule section was detailed and helpful. The part about the decluttering by category seemed to be less detailed and I think it would be overwhelming to someone if this were the only book they read on the subject. Marie Kondo's book is a better description of how to declutter by category.
