This has been a fascinating read. The characters are so well drawn, the plot lines so diverse and complex and interesting, it seems like they could not be plausible, and yet as you read on they not only are plausible but you find yourself rooting for some and wanting to slap others. It is a very compelling series.
I loved this book from start to finish. So many things to surprise you and make you angry at certain people too. Also parts will break your heart but as I always root for Pam to come out on top she does. Pam is a strong women despite all she has gone through and may go through still. Her daughter, Lisa, is so much like her and that is wonderful. I don't like Dan, never have and will never trust him unless he proves to be trustworthy. Same with the conniving and hateful Sandra. I hope she gets what's coming to her... soon!!
I was happy to hear more of Marie, her daughter, and what happened to Marie at the end of her life and that Pam was finally able to find closure with that and forgive herself and Marie.
This is a great series filled with love, hate, laughter, sadness, happiness. A bit of everything. I will be glad when Pam finally does get over Jack completely and I think that will happen soon. I am glad that Pam and Lisa have made peace and that Lisa is such a wonderful mother. I hope the best for her and for Cara too.
This book was another really good one that keeps me wanting more but also makes me want Pam to finally find the happiness she deserves and then she can move on with her life and live for herself and not everyone else.
I got to the end before I realized that I was that close and can't wait for the next one.. I loved it from start to finish.
I was blessed with an ARC from the author. Once again Sandra has taken the limelight. At first it was Jack but as you read each book you begin to realize Sandra was always fighting for the spotlight. She's really done it this time but nobody takes down Pam of Babylon! Pam will find herself relieved to be left with no fiancee, no wedding because she's about to meet her a new guy. Will he be the one?
Oh and just so you all know Dan is playing a dangerous game with his wife Lisa. Things are heating up even more as we go back to Babylon.
I can't wait for more!!
